Roll-away Bed.

This past weekend was athletic themed.  I don't know what I was thinking when I scheduled these three events in one weekend, but it turned out to be "hella" fun.  We started off with our Mud Factor's 5k Mud Run on Saturday morning.  Lawrence, Vanessa, and I were in the 10:30am wave, and they have made so many improvements this year in their organization.  I was woefully unprepared for this race, even with a 5 months notice haha.  The results were pants ripped, gashes on the back, mud in the mouth, and lots of moaning.  Good job, Team Lady Gagas.

Vanessa and I had four hours to rest before our next event, so we used that time to Minecraft, :).  After creating farms for both animals and crops, we stopped the game and headed out to Carson.  The Galaxy game was next, and it was at 7.30pm.  Vanessa thought of the brilliant idea of Jack Daniels mixed with Coke slurpee from 7-11.  Between the two of us, we downed that alcoholic brain freezer in 15 minutes as we walked to the stadium.  It was my first time seeing a soccer game, and I liked it.  The Galaxy's won!

The next morning was the Angel's game.  Vanessa, Nicole, and I made it to the parking lot at 10.30am for the tailgating.  Justin and Brian were already there, and Allie, Nick, Marty, and Carly arrived soon after.  The nine of us drank beer and had some monstrous bacon-wrapped and chili cheese hotdogs.  The game was at 12.30pm and we were all able to sit next each other and be in the shade for the majority of the time. Despite it being a very drawn-out and boring game, we were able to catch with people we haven't seen in awhile.  After reaching the 11th inning, we decided to leave for Alberto's.  The Angels did eventually win that game, finally, haha.

Vanessa and I ended the weekend back at my house just relaxing and watching South Park. This weekend was "sooo good."

Certain Kind of Light.

For the first time in 19 years, my family was able to do a photo shoot.  I organized the meeting because I know none of them really cares to do so, lol.  So here are some of the pictures of that day, don't let our smiles fool you, we all hate each other.  Just kidding.  Well, maybe.

Joy to You, Baby.

I got my very first Easter basket this year.  It was filled with sweet treats, gum, and records! Thanks darling. Within the last few months, I have gotten closer with Mrs. Navarro.  She's always so energetic and so good at starting conversations.  She also recently made me enjoy pancakes, lol.

It feels so fast and yet so long, but it's been six months already.  This year is blowing by so fast, and I know it's all due to Vanessa.  We have done so many different activities already and we still have so much planned ahead of us.  From sharing our foods to collecting enderpearls, we make a pretty damn good team.  We have Vegas this weekend, Havasupai next month, and Florida/Bahamas next year!

40 Dollars/Pound

A few weekends ago, I acted as the representative of China and went with Vanessa's family to eat dimsum and visit the Buddhist Temple in Hacienda.  During dimsum, Mr. Navarro was more livelier and hilarious than usual.  He was very keen to learning our language that day as well haha. After ordering only 6 or so dishes of dimsum, Mr. Navarro decided to go big and order a 10 pound King Crab.  This plate caused half of the restaurant's customers to stop and look in awe, while Krystal decides to wear the actual crab shell on her head, lol.  The Buddhist Temple was a spontaneous visit.  Mr. and Mrs. Navarro were both very intrigued with the religion and I did the best I could in providing information.

Vanessa, Krystal, and I parted ways with their parents and we headed for our next destination, the Nixon Library.  Located in Brea, we were able to make it within an hour before closing.  We walked in the house where Nixon was born, and stood in the helicopter where Nixon used as a decoy.  After being forced out of the facility, we then headed for The Circle in Orange.  The place was filled with vintage antique stores and soda stations.  With no luck in finding gifts for Mrs. Navarro's bday, we left home in time to catch the season three finale of the Walking Dead.  I was disappointed, stupid Andrea.
