I was never a major Harry Potter fan prior to this vacation, but I think this has changed. We visited Islands of Adventure, Universal's second park, where they had the infamous Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Vanessa is a huge fan and has been wanting to visit this place, and to be honest, I was excited as well. I was blown away at how immersive the environment was and how the workers didn't break character. Vanessa got chosen in the wand shop by a wizard to partake in trying a series of wands, with one ultimately choosing her. This theme park was overall more dominant than its counterpart, with them having a variety of themes, prettier decor, and better rides.
