Halloween sneaked up on us this year (like every year). For awhile, V and I were planning to dress up as Pocahontas and Meeko respectively. But last minute changes were made and we were instead Alice and the White Rabbit. I must say, the change turned out for the best. The funny thing was that we had no where to show off our costumes. Luckily, Brian's parents were gone and invited us over for a small get-together at his house. I was still feeling sick, but I didn't want to spend the whole weekend inside. At the kickback, Braimy were bears, Lawrence was Carl from the Walking Dead, Tuanolyn were Spock and Uhura, and Evah were hamsters. We all had a feast of junk food and played table games for 6 hours. We went through Cards Against Humanity, Scattegories, and the Game of Things. Lots of laughter and teasing ensued, and I think these types of kickbacks are much more fun than any party.
The next day, V and I dressed up one more time to take pictures of our costumes in her backyard. Due to the limitations of my giant lens and a timer, these were the best I can do.
